CLINICAL APPLICATIONS

Department of Orthodontics aims to align and reposition the teeth and jaws causing malocclusion and result in a functional and esthetic jaw relationship.  

When a patient applies to our clinic; lateral cephalometric, anteroposterior cephalometric, panoramic, submentovertex, occlusal, periapical and transcranial Temporomandibular Joint radiographs are taken in the radiography division inside our clinic. 

Extraoral and Intraoral photographs of the patients are taken with a digital camera.

By using BioPAK temporomandibular joint and masticatory muscles evaluation program;  it is possible  to evaluate the movements and vibrations of the temporomandibular joint, and functions of masticatory muscles. 

For the analysis of the radiographs taken, Jiffy Orthodontic Evaluation (JOE) ve Quick Ceph Image programs are used to make a treatment plan. 

All kinds of appliances are constructed in our laboratory.
